➤ THE HP 50 HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER
This combination heat pump and water heater
uses an integrated air source to help deliver an
Energy Factor of 2.0, more than twice the energy
efficiency of a standard electric storage water
heater. Intended for residential applications, both
in new construction and drop-in replacement, the
unit has a storage capacity of 50 gal. and meets
the qualifications for EnErgy STar listing. It
measures 21” in diameter and 75.5” tall for a slim,
portable profile that makes for easier installation
in spaces with restricted access such as attics, basements, and mechanical rooms. as a heat pump, it
performs best in climates with average, year-round
temperatures above 40ºF. It requires at least 1,000
cubic ft. of surrounding air space. It features 2½”
thick insulation to prevent standby loss, a premium
resistored anode rod, stainless steel resistored elements, and a factory-installed brass drain valve.
▲ THE XFYRE MODULATING,
CONDENSING BOILER
This condensing boiler is offered in
sizes from 300 to 850 million Btu. It
is able to deliver 94% efficiency at full
fire, up to 99% efficiency at part load.
It is certified for use with PVC, CPVC
and stainless steel venting. The boiler
features a stainless steel heat exchanger
with an aSME H Stamp.

This tubing is designed for residential
and commercial applications to help
meet national, state, and local energy-
code requirements. It can save up to
37% on installation costs by avoiding
the two-step installation/insulation
process. The tubing provides all the
benefits of PEX tubing and is covered
with a ½" layer of insulating foam. It
is offered in sizes from ½" to 2" and
comes in 100' coils for ½", ¾", and 1"
tubing, or 20' straight lengths for 1¼",
